Clear expectations protect everyone's safety and dignity. Ask our team for the current house expectations for a specific home before you decide.
- Respect for everyone. Residents, staff and neighbors are treated with dignity.
- Safe, clean shared spaces. Everyone helps keep common areas safe and tidy.

Refer a Veteran
Veteran Housing Referrals & Partnerships
Restore Communities receives veteran housing referrals from VMC, VA hospitals, and other veteran housing and community partners. We coordinate with referring professionals to discuss housing needs, current availability, and next steps.
Who can refer?
- VMC representatives.
- VA hospital case managers and social workers.
- Veteran housing and service organizations.
- Community housing partners and case managers.
Veterans and family members may contact Restore directly to ask about housing.
These are referral relationships. They do not imply VA approval, government endorsement, a formal contract, or guaranteed funding.
How a referral works
- The referring professional submits their own contact information and organization.
- Restore contacts the professional to discuss the referral and current housing availability.
- Necessary resident information and documents are exchanged through an appropriate secure process.
- Restore coordinates next steps with the veteran and referring partner.
Referrals are reviewed individually. Availability, eligibility, and any housing assistance must be confirmed before placement.

Our Impact
What we can report, and what we are working toward.
We separate reported results from goals, and we will not publish a number until we can stand behind it.
1. Current reported results
3 veterans reported housed as of October 18, 2026
Planned transitions to independent housing
3 veterans reported housed as of October 18, 2026, with transitions to independent housing planned for December 2026, late January 2027, and February 2027.
- December 2026One planned transitionPlanned
- Late January 2027One planned transitionPlanned
- February 2027One planned transitionPlanned
Here, independent housing means a veteran's own home. It does not mean the veteran has purchased a home. Dates are anticipated, not guaranteed. A transition counts as completed only after Restore has confirmed the move, and passing a planned date does not change that. The number currently housed is updated from confirmed records.
2. Metrics we intend to track
Each measure will be published with its definition, reporting period, source and last update. Until data exists, we say so plainly.
The measurement framework appears here when scripts are enabled. For results, call 855.529.7999.
3. How we report
- Completed transitions are counted separately from planned transitions.
- Each resident is counted once within a measure.
- Missing follow-up is not counted as success or failure. We report confirmed outcomes and how much follow-up we completed.
- No personal information about residents is published.
- Restoration Over Judgment

Support Our Work: Furnish a Room. Help a Veteran Move Forward.
Help Furnish a Veteran's Bedroom
A welcoming bedroom provides comfort, privacy, and a place to begin again. A suggested $1,000 sponsorship helps provide a bed and mattress, clothing storage, bedside essentials, bedding, and room setup for a veteran in Restore Communities' shared housing program.
Estimated bedroom furnishing budget: $1,000. Actual costs vary with room needs, purchasing prices, delivery, and donated items.
Online giving is being set up and is not live yet. No donations can be made through this site today. To give now, call 855.529.7999 or send a giving inquiry.
Give monthly
Ongoing support helps us plan ahead. A monthly gift repeats until you cancel it. It is ongoing support, not a completed $1,000 sponsorship.
Ask about givingHelp furnish a room
Contribute toward bedroom furnishings. You do not need to give the full $1,000.
Ask about givingGiving choices
- $50 Contribute toward bedroom essentials.
- $100 Support bedding and room essentials.
- $250 Contribute toward bedroom furniture.
- $500 Support a substantial share of the estimated furnishing budget.
- $1,000 Sponsor a bedroom's estimated furnishing budget.
- Other Every contribution helps.
These descriptions show what a gift contributes toward. They do not promise that a specific gift buys a particular item. Monthly choices are $15, $25, $50, $100, or another amount.
How your gift is used
Your gift supports Restore Communities Corporation's furnished housing program, including room furnishings, household essentials, and move-in preparation. Contributions are pooled to meet program needs and are not assigned to a specific veteran or room.
Gifts are pooled to support bedroom furnishings and setup across Restore's veteran housing program. Contributions are not assigned to a particular resident. If one room's needs are met through donated items or lower costs, remaining funds support other bedroom furnishing needs within the program.
Receiving $1,000 does not mean one room has been furnished. We report a room as furnished only after its furnishings and setup are complete.
Gifts furnish Restore's shared housing. They do not currently fund furnishing for a veteran's future independent home, and we make no promise of that assistance unless Restore confirms it.
Examples of room furnishings
- Bed frame and mattress
- Bedding and pillows
- Dresser or clothing storage
- Bedside table and lighting
- Essential household items
These are examples only. A gift is not tied to a particular item, and we are not saying all of these are needed today.
How online giving will work
- Suggested gifts. One-time: $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, or another amount. Monthly: $15, $25, $50, $100, or another amount. These are contribution choices toward costs, not prices for specific items.
- Choose your frequency. One-time or monthly will be your choice at checkout, and you will see the frequency and amount before you pay. A monthly gift is ongoing support, not a completed $1,000 sponsorship.
- Hosted checkout. When giving opens, payments will be handled by Givebutter. You will not need to create an account on this website.
- Optional tip and fees. Checkout may offer an optional tip to the platform and a choice to cover processing fees. A tip is an optional contribution to Givebutter, separate from your gift to Restore. Review your total before you pay.
- Monthly gifts. You can manage or cancel a recurring gift through the provider's supported process, and you may call us for help.
- Your choices. Receipts are separate from any optional update sign-up. We do not publish donor names, messages or gift amounts unless you choose to share them.
We have not yet published tax-deductibility information, so please do not assume a gift is tax deductible. Nonprofit status applies only to Restore Communities Corporation, not to the separate businesses described under About.
